You may
summon the Haunts to an affected
site, and they must be burrowed. But the Haunts won't gain
Charge and
Evil Presence will remain in the
realm because the Haunts were not summoned '
here' according to Evil Presence, since Evil Presence occupies the
surface (and perhaps
the void), not
underground.
