Does 'no minion is Evil' mean they are no longer considered a Demon, Monster or Undead?
Minions will still keep their Demon, Monster and Undead types! They simply are no longer Evil, and will not be affected by things which specifically affect Evil.
If Persecutor brands a minion, are they still considered evil by that player's cards while the Saint of Redemption is in play?
No, the Saint redeems all minions, and even the Persecutor's brand will not condemn a redeemed soul!
Do all minions enter the realm tapped, or only minions which would have been Evil?
Does this mean that minions which are not in the realm are not Evil as well?
No minion anywhere is Evil as long as the Saint is in play. This means that if a player casts Black Mass, they will not be able to reveal any minions, as none of them can be Evil.
