What does 'Avatars here can't leave' mean?
Avatars currently under the Sphere of Animosity can't enter locations not occupied by the Sphere. This means they can't move to those locations, or be moved by force. Note that when a site moves, it carries along cards of normal size with it, and those cards do not count as entering a new location. This means that a moving site can carry an Avatar out of the Sphere.
