Tap → Play or draw a site. Whenever an ally strikes an enemy Avatar, draw a spell unless they pay 3 life.
When does the enemy avatar have the opportunity to pay life?
Immediately after the strike, before deathrites resolve. For example, if your strike puts them to 2 or less life, they will not be able to pay 3 life.
What happens if I strike for 0 damage?
A strike for zero damage is still considered a strike, so it will still trigger Interrogator's ability.
