Can I summon Evil Twin to a non-surface location if it will be copying a minion that has the appropriate ability (e.g. summon to an underground location while copying a Root Spider)?
No. The Evil Twin only gains the abilities as enters the realm, and you must declare its summoning location at the time you cast it, before it enters.
