If Draconian Bonekite, Sir Pelleas, and Azuridge Caravan are all in the realm, can I choose to keep the Caravan and another minion?
No, you cannot save Azuridge Caravan and other minions. Since Azuridge Caravan counts as all minion types, you cannot save it and any other minion with a type since they will always have a shared type.
If there are minions with multiple types in the realm, can I choose what type they count as when resolving The Flood? (e.g. I control Draconian Bonekite and Wyvern.
Who chooses what minions of each type are saved from The Flood?
The controller of the spell.
Can I choose to save a minion that has no minion type e.g. Maiden, Mother, Crone?
No, since Maiden, Mother, Crone has no type it cannot be saved from being submerged.
