How do I resolve this effect?

You may simultaneously pick up from all adjacent locations. Anything picked up is forcefully moved to the Bogeyman's location. Once it arrives, it is disabled.

What happens if the Bogeyman is Silenced or Disabled while carrying enemies?

As per the rules about Carrying Units, if the Bogeyman loses his ability to carry enemies, they will be dropped and no longer carried or disabled themselves.

What happens if the Bogeyman's power is reduced while carrying enemies?

Only check that the enemy is weaker at the time that the Bogeyman targets them with the Pick Up ability. If the Bogeyman loses power or the enemy gains power later, the can still continue to be carried.
